• Fight for the resurfacing of the Dukes and duplication of the Princes Highway.
• Encourage the State Goverment to develop a continuous rolling highway maintenance program which will keep all major highways in a safe condition, allowing speed limits to return to 110 km/hr in the country.
• Support efforts to extend the Seaford railway line to Aldinga and Sellicks Beach. This area has experienced a major population explosion and more public transport services are required.
• Advocate for the extension of the Belair railway line to Mt Barker and eventually Murray Bridge. This will help reduce commuter traffic on the South Eastern Freeway while making it more affordable for Hills residents to live further from the city while being employed in Adelaide.
• Explore the viability of reviving the branch line from Mt Barker station to Victor Harbor (Currently the Bugle Ranges/Steamranger line).
• Push to extend the Gawler railway line to Angaston along the existing rail corridor. We will add Springwood station at Gawler East. Combine this with the Barossa Wine Train plan by allowing the BWT to operate on weekends. the https://www.barossawinetraincampaign.com/our-plans.html
• Advocate for the extension of the Southern Expressway to Victor Harbor along the existing Victor Harbor Road Corridor. This will help make travel safer for the thousands of commuters that travel from the South Coast into Adelaide, while making it possible for more families to relocate to Victor Harbor and surrounds.
• Implement a one-off reduction of 30% on registration costs to help attract truck fleets to SA.
